The Kvarner Bay is one of the most respected fishing areas in the Adriatic, and the freshness of the seafood is at the heart of our cuisine.
Depending on the season and daily catch, our offer includes Kvarner scampi, tuna, sea bass, dentex, squid and other premium Adriatic ingredients. Our menu changes according to the season and the quality of the daily catch.
